Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies for every job to ensure consistency, quality, and convenience. However, for sanitary reasons, we ask that clients provide their own vacuum cleaners, as bringing vacuums from home to home could spread germs or allergens.

Do I have to be home during my appointment?

No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients prefer to provide us with keys or access codes. If you’re home, that’s perfectly fine as well—whatever is most comfortable for you. However, If you are able to be home on your first scheduled clean (after consultation) to show your cleaner(s) anything you may be particular about, that would be great.

Are your cleaners background-checked and well-trained?

Yes. Your trust and safety are our top priorities. Every team member undergoes a thorough background check and comprehensive training in proper cleaning techniques and equipment use. Also, because our founder is an interior designer, we are proud to be the only cleaning service in the industry to thoroughly educate our cleaners on the best way to take care of your home and its furnishings, and the best ways to extend the life of the things you love most.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning services?

Absolutely. We offer specialized eco-friendly cleaning services upon request for an additional $30 per home, using environmentally safe products to help protect your health and the environment.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand schedules can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel without incurring any fees.

What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?

While our cleaners, with techniques directly from our interior designer founder, handle every item with utmost care, if damage occurs, please notify us immediately. We are fully insured and our priority is always to resolve any issues quickly and professionally, with you, your satisfaction and your well-being at the top of our concerns.

While we prefer cash, we also accept checks, and all major credit and debit cards.
